The thoughtfully decorated interiors and the expansive terrace create a welcoming atmosphere, and the beautiful outdoor area with a barbecue and garden is perfect for moments of relaxation. You can also enjoy access to a communal pool open from June to September (extra cost of 1 euro per person per day).

With amenities like TV, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen, this house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of up to 5 people. The adjacent beach is reserved for residents with access via an underpass, ensuring an exclusive experience. The village offers a swimming pool, a tennis court for a fee, and a free basketball court. Additionally, a shuttle departs from the village to reach other beaches in Villasimius. The swimming pool is open from July 1st to September 15th, available Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 4 PM to 7 PM. Moreover, a shuttle from the village takes you to other beaches in Villasimius.
