Extremely relaxing holiday
We have just returned from an extremely relaxing holiday in this lovely apartment in Villasimius. It’s position is ideal and close to local supermarkets. We hired a car and were able to visit many of the beautiful beaches and coves during the day whereas in the evening a short stroll took us to the centre, where we found many restaurants, pizzerias, stalls and night life. The apartment is exactly as described on the website ie. clean, comfortable and well equipped. Stefano was welcoming… having waited for our arrival until 1 o’clock in the morning in order to show us round the apartment and make sure personally that we would be comfortable. He always responded promptly and positively to any queries or information we required ie. wi-fi connection problem etc. Stefano and his wife’s friendly approach and helpfulness to ensure we had a good holiday was pleasing. We would definitely return in the future.

Es war alles Perfekt! Zur Stadt nur wenige Gehminuten. Ruhige sichere Gegend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter super und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Cagliari in einer Stunde entfernt. Super schöne Strände,flach abfallend mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen in ca. 10 Minuten. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe ( auch zu Fuß ) für Selbstversorger.Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Wundervoller Ausgangspunkt
Wir waren zur zweit eine Woche in Stefanos Wohnung. Er empfing uns persönlich und erklärte uns alles. Es gab ein sehr nettes Willkommensgeschenk, für das wir, weil es Sonntag war, sehr dankbar waren. Die Ausgangslage zum Stadtzentrum zu Fuss und zu den Stränden auch an die Costa Rei ist optimal. Wir haben die Dachterasse sehr genossen. Insgesamt hatten wir den optimalen Urlaub. Nice and well located appartment
We had a very nice time in Stefano‘s appartment. It is located perfectly to walk to all the nice places in Villasimius. The beaches in the area are awesome. In the appartment there is everything you need to cook and make a nice BBQ if you want and Stefano will also give you advice on good restaurants if you feel like going out. Communication is easy and fast and you also get info about nice places to visit. We had a great time and highly recommend the place. Grazie Stefano!

L'arrivo è stato dei migliori...abbiamo avuto fin da subito la massima disponibilità da parte del signor Stefano e della signora Stefania! La casa ci è stata affidata al meglio...più bella dal vivo che dalle foto. Pulita, ordinata e dotata di tutto il necessario. Un'ottima esperienza a prescindere dal fantastico luogo che è Villasimius

Siamo stati accolti benissimo . La casa era pulita è dotata di ogni confort.
Stefano e Stefania, proprietari gentili e sempre disponibili. L' alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione ed alle foto sul sito; si trova, inoltre, in una posizione comoda per effettuare la spesa, per arrivare velocemente alle principali spiagge, per fare una passeggiata in centro o un giro al mercato il sabato mattina. Ottimo soggiorno per famiglie e non. Feedback estremamente positivo, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Vacanza di assoluto relax per le spiagge di Villasimius
Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza nel curatissimo appartamento di Stefano e della sua famiglia; ad accoglierci abbiamo trovato un regalo di benveuto inaspettato, un bellissimo cesto colmo di ciliege, tutto per una ricchissima colazione - con dolcetti tipici sardi - ed un pranzo e/o una cena mediterraea; davvero graditissimo ! Anche di fronte ad un piccolo incoveniente - rottura del frigorifero - Stefano è stato prontissimo nel recuperarne uno di fortuna -; ci ha inoltre messo a disposizione 2 biciclette da utilizzare in alternativa all'auto. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni conforts ed equipaggiato con ogni comodità; rapporto qualità/prezzo/offerta ottimo, perciò consigliatissimo !
