Accu is Prezzus F holiday home is located just a few metres from the sea in the small village of Simius in a well-kept holiday home complex. With a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, it can accommodate 6 people. The child-friendly apartment is also equipped with a baby cot, a cot (extra charge) and heating (extra charge). The idyllic, roofed terrace is equipped with garden furniture as well as a barbecue and invites you to spend relaxing holidays and barbecue evenings together with a fantastic sea view. The nearest beach, 200 m away, is just a few minutes' walk away, and supermarkets and restaurants are just a few minutes' drive away. Cagliari is 37 km away and Pula 48 km. The nearest airport is 43 km away and is called Cagliari Elma Airport.


Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The transport of 2 small pets is allowed (for an extra charge).
