"The receptionist was fine but language was a problem food is at a facility approx 200 metres away the room was ok the bathroom was smelly but had. All facilities were basic but ok I do not feel we are overly fussy but this a hotel we will not be going to again"

"A few miles outside Cuenca, this was a surprise on the plus side for us as it is in a secluded area with grapevines in front and lots of mature trees Super private. No need to stay in Cuenca as it is a short drive in the morning to get to the hanging houses if Cuenca. The main lounge has a woodburning fireplace which greeted us upon our arrival. "Second time of staying having booked through Hotels.com. Both times hotel had no record of our booking. Unclear where the fault lay. Luckily a room was available each time as out of season. Hotel and rooms need refurbishment."
