"The hotel is tricky to find and the entrance is located in a shopping arcade. Keep eyes peeled for McDonald's and you'll be close! However the room was good but duvet too small for a couple. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gr at location. "

"This property is easy to access and check into! The amenities here are more than you will ever see in a standard hotel. Very clean and well equipped. I would recommend and stay here again and again. "

"Just back from a two night stay and very happy with our choice. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and surprisingly quiet, especially for an airport hotel. The shuttle to and from the airport worked well and the free tickets for Geneva public transport enabled us to easily get to the city centre. All the staff were helpful, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was fine although the choice of hot food was not that great. Would definitely recommend "

"Stayed here for 3-day work trip. Selected location based on cost and convenience to main train station (and other transport). Added breakfast (on site restaurant), which had basics (breads, cook-your-own eggs, ham, cheese) but not much else. Would have preferred another hot dish and some Ovalmaltine spread. "The property is surrounded by trees and one of its buildings has a view - though mostly covered by the trees - to the lake. It should be conducive to a pleasant and peaceful stay but wasn't. In my last week at this property, I was moved to a studio apartment that was literally falling apart - I have pictures. The doors from the cabinets and closet were all misaligned and the plywood cover was peeling off. The coffee table in the living room had a broken leg and seemed to have been glued back...

A real birthday treat on the shores of Lake Geneva

"Lovely hotel on the shores of Lake Geneva. Upgrade to a suite made for a perfect birthday celebration. Helpful staff. I used the gym in the next door hotel. Several restaurants nearby if you want eat out. Across the road from the metro which runs directly to the Lausanne station"

"This is a fabulous property and well-deserving of its 4 stars. Sadly, I came when the fog had descended on the area so I couldn't see the stunning views, but I have been to the area numerous times and know they are breathtaking. I loved that the Epesses train stop was 3 minutes from the hotel (be aware there are a lot of steps to get there). I had to talk with the front desk several times for personal reasons and they were nothing short of magnificent and helpful. The place was so clean and had lots of lovely space to breathe. I highly recommend this hotel. "
