" Should have read the reviews before booking, I experienced most of the negative comments i read in the reviews including unfriendly and unhelpful staff ( rarely someone at reception even at advertised times), penny pinching and hidden costs ( had to pay for sheets and pillow cases and buy our own toilet roll) no parking, an advertised pool that shut at at 6pm, a broken Jacuzzi. We only booked 4 weeks ago and struggled to find any suitable accommodation- so this was a last resort for the week available. Rooms suggest sound proofing - far from it- but overall - great ski break in a brilliant resort. "
