"We loved this home. It was clean, had all the amenities and located close to the centre of town. The pool and courtyard was exceptional. We spent all our spare time there. We did find the beds a little uncomfortable, but not bad enough to reduce our 5 star rating. We would definitely stay here again."

À chegada, o anfitrião presenteou-nos com uma garrafa de vinho e uns biscoitos muito bons. Deu recomendações sobre locais a visitar e restaurantes da zona. "I can't say enough about the location of Castle Window. The views from the back terrace are breathtaking and you walk out the front door to a cobblestone street with lovely restaurants and shops. Jose was accessible and helpful. The house had modern conveniences while maintaining the beautiful historic aesthetic of the location. We definitely recommend staying here!"

"A lovely, cosy Alentejo style cottage situated in a rural area surrounded by vineyards, cork and olive trees. Everything was as described in the listing and the local property manager was lovely and made the check-in and check-out process seamless. A nice welcome basket was awaiting us of local wine, cheese and bread. Sadly, the view of the fields from the back patio was blocked by overgrown vegetation during our stay. The lemon tree was full of fruit and we were encouraged to pick them to make...
