"This would have been great for singles and younger couples. The neighborhood is a college town. Not much available street parking and not many good restaurants to walk to. However, the facilities were very clean and the owner was a great person to work with."

"The building is very well located beach front and close to bar and restaurant. The apartment is nice, simple decorated, but lack of kitchen utensils. They have the very minimum basic, so if you want to cook, is not going to be easy, whiteout Carving knife, spatulas, etc. at the time I was staying at this apartment the dishwasher did not work."

"Proche du centre historique. Logement avec peu de fenetre, a part des lucarnes dans la chambre (partiellement caché par des stores) et dans salle de bain. Propreté limite (odeur desagreable, et cafard). Store cassé, verre dépareillé. Heureusement il est proche de tout, avec les conseil de l hote pour les restaurants, c est les seuls points positif. "

"This is an American sized apartment with all the bells and whistles. Many European apartments are undersized with all of the accessories. All of the furnishings were very comfortable. The location is only slightly off the historic downtown Malaga center but it is much quieter. The rental that I had last year had loud music and noise till 4AM 5 nights a week. Eloisa is a wonderful hostess and provided all of our needs. I would highly recommend this wonderful apartment to anyone. Steve and Mary"

"My brother and I stayed for a couple days before departing on a cruise. The condo was located close to many of the city's attractions and near some really very nice restaurants. Loved exploring the city and it was nice to come home to such an appealing, comfy space."

"There is no flexibility in your arrival despite flight changes and things that can happen on an overseas trip. Its confusing who you are supposed to communicate with (owner or manager) and when you talk to one they don't communicate with each other. I was rudely asked in emails to remain in constant contact with them, emails I can only see in wifi. I am on vacation not there to answer my hosts every beckon email. "This hotel was just what we needed for an early morning flight out of Malaga. It is easily accessible by public transport and a short walk but the bus is expensive for 3 stops €4. Because it is on a highway it is not walkable to the airport. Taxi is easy to arrange via Uber app. for non-Spanish speakers. Staff were very helpful. Check in was very swift. Room was spotless and there was a tea/coffee and a kettle. "

"New property with nicely sized rooms with all amenities one would expect from a city centre apartment. It is a 15 mins walk into Calle Larios (centre). Buffet Breakfast was functional and is included in the price. Highly recommended."
