"Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel should invest in better kitchen utensils (pans, tissues, cutlery). The staff should check the room before check in to ensure that rooms are completely clean and in proper conditions. We had a slight issue with our room with a small animal leaving behing some waste but were immediately assigned another (better room). Food was great. "

"Excelente hotel a las afueras de Pereira, debes desviarte un poco por una carretera sin pavimentar pero es fácil llegar, te contactan antes de tu llegada y te envían la ubicación por WhatsApp, tiene parqueadero, atendido por los dueños quienes son muy amables y siempre están atentos a colaborarte en lo que necesites, habitaciones y estado general de la finca/hotel excelente, muy limpio todo y las habitaciones amplias, tienen servicio de restaurante economico y delicioso."

"Using Expedia, I reserved a room with a view and jaccuzi bath. When I arrived they tried to lodge me in a corner closet size room with no Jaccuzi or view. They said that was the room I reserved. From my perspective it was a classic “bait and switch”. I ended up getting the room I reserved for three nights instead of the five I paid for. "

"Filandia is the real-deal Colombia!! Here the prices are great!! Three-House Hostel was very safe and affordable! In the morning I had to catch a bus and the bus stop is literally on the corner just down the street. It is a small town and the Hostel is located right near the town center. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the local bar. The staff is very friendly and the view on the third floor is incredible. Definitely recommend staying here!"
