Location, price, and cleanliness are the main reasons why I have stayed at Sleep Inn VH several times. I reported a leak on a roof and within 10 minutes someone was there to solve the issue. Parking is safe with gate, just around the corner. Breakfast is simple but well made. Will come back again.

Al abrir la aplicación agrégue la fecha del 6 al 7 de enero y cuando di al hotel, resultó que la fecha me la dio para el 14 al 15 de enero, cuando llegue al hotel me dice la recepcionista que no tenía nada y al final salió mi reservación pero para 14 al 15 de enero en ese momento le pedí que nos apoyara para que fuera en ese momento por lo que decidió decirnos que no había forma de mover fecha. Estando yo ahí presente con mi familia no dio ninguna solución. Me comuniqué con expedía y ellos intentaron ponerse en contacto con el hotel pero la señorita jamás respondió ni me hacía caso. Lamentablemente perdimos ese dinero y tuve que irme a hospedar a otro lugar. Que mal de verdad porque jamás fue mi error y que pongan a personas incompetentes que se sientan los dueños y lo peor que te traten pésimo.
