House is very well situated - very short walk to beach with good waves. Lovely walk from the house up into the woods with caves and up through to top of hill. Lovely restaurant also walkable from house. Easy access by car to bigger towns and wide number of beaches. Stunning caves at Grotto Su Marmuri and also an amazing experience visiting Grotto...
