"We really loved our stay at mistral suites. It was difficult to find, but the staff stayed with us on the phone and even sent someone out to the street to help us find it. The room was perfect. You could not beat the view of the sea, and Mount Vesuvius. The traffic in Sorrento was a nightmare for walking, but once you got to the town Square it was much better. I would definitely stay there again. We felt safe behind, locked gate and a locked front door. "

"Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night."

"We loved the overall feel of apartment but I think our vent may be shared with the neighbouring apartment of a smoker. This was the worst part of our stay as it smelt of smoke. Other than this, it was very nice. "

"We had a wonderful stay here with wonderful hosts. The apartments was perfect for our family of 4 and quite spacious. It was very clean and was very well equiped. The property was in a peacful area and felt very safe. The grocery shop was within easy walking distance although there was a small hill to return to the appartment.
