"Very Nice house!. Clean and close to all the wineries. The beach was residents only parking and we did not have a pass. Was not a walk to it either. Maybe could have got a pass for the day, but we got there late and just drove in and out. We found out that a lot of the beaches in North Fork require Resident parking Passes. We really enjoyed our stay and found it very Relaxing.Thank you Carl for a nice home to hang out for a few days.."

"This cottage was charming and perfect for the three of us. The neighbors were wonderful too. Very updated and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend keeping in mind is it’s a very small and narrow driveway. A compact car would work better than the small SUV I was driving. "The house is in a great location but was definitely showing some wear and tear. Things like the pool having damage around the sides, a lot of dishes/cutlery missing, broken glass from prior guests behind chairs, etc. The house could use a walk through with a handyman to fix the issues popping up with fixtures and finishes and a restock on household basics."
