"This property is a beautiful area, surrounded by nature. It’s a very pretty Resort. Unfortunately the property needs to be kept up better. Over the years it has become old and deteriorated, they need to do a better job to maintain it fix what coming apart. Overall from the outside, beautiful, but once you started to see it needs slit if work and they aren’t doing a good job to maintain and a bit of lack in cleanliness. Lots os super webs everywhere. "The stay was pretty decent except for the service at the restaurant and lately at the lobby. I just wanted to take a cup of ice cream with me to my room because there were some guest smoking outside the restaurant even when the hotel says it is smoke free in all areas, the waitress said it was forbidden but I could take a fruit salad. She denied to sell the fruit salad and the ice cream together because I said I will put the ice cream on the top of the salad. I went to the lobby since they told...
