"Location was its best feature (across the street from the train station). You have to call beforehand to make an appointment to check-in since there is no front desk. Service was very chaotic (they misunderstood how many people were staying in the room, they didn't know we had already paid for the room, they gave us the key to the wrong room's safe, etc.) but they made up for it by being friendly and cheerful unlike many other hotels in northern Italy where the staff can be frosty and awkward....

"Il complesso esterno si presenta come un grazioso b&b. Per noi è stato solo b visto che non ci è stata data la colazione giustificando come bassa stagione. La camera ci è stata assegnata come una delle più belle e da poco ristrutturate. Forse non hanno ben presente il concetto di ristrutturazione. La camera presentava una grossa macchia a muro dovuto ad una recente perdita. Pulizia scarsa in quando c'erano ragni in qualunque angolo ed il copriletto era impolverato così come il resto della...
