Nice place that could be 5 star
The house is in a great bay with fantastic breeze. The house is huge and some basic improvements are needed. No hot water, no soap in kitchen. Basic furnishing. Frank the caretaker was great. This is a diamond in the rough that could really shine if some money was put into updating the place. If you want no frills, this place has potential.
