"We just left Palermo and stayed at Palazzo Ventimiglia for 3 nights. Gianluca was an excellent host, going out of his way to help us. Honestly, in all my travels, I have never stayed at a place with better service. It is located on the Main Street in Palermo, one block from Quattro Canti. We walked to all the major landmarks. "We stayed here in the middle of September. The villa has three spacious double bedrooms, two ensuite and a kitchen/dining room which has everything we needed. The highlight though is the outisde, the pool is a very good size and the garden itself is lovely with a vareity of attractive trees providing plenty of shade. "The hosts of this listing are a delightful couple. They were so welcoming with their own fresh eggs, homemade olive oil and cannolis. They had a basket full of local treats and pasta if we wanted to cook. The place is a little challenging to find but worth it. The property is beautiful and relaxing. It was a lovely way to end our Italy trip."

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
