Beach House In The Tropics

A 2-bedroom, 2-bath, beach side eco home that does not compromise on modern luxuries. This solar-powered slice of paradise is located in the beautiful Gran Pacifica Beach & Golf Resort and is a two-minute walk from the renowned Asuchillo surf beach. Our beach house has AC in each bedroom, drinking water from the tap, and all the essentials of home. The new community pool is a one-minute walk from the house. Our house is the only one in the community that is also connected to the electrical grid as a backup to prevent loss of power. We have perfect views of the beach, especially from the large second-story balcony which is also the perfect place to watch sunsets. We have excellent WiFi service that includes coverage in the back and side yard so you can enjoy your music or work on your laptop. The house is beautifully landscaped and has outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. The Gran Pacifica Resort is a very safe, quiet, and family-friendly resort. Asuchillo beach is also been named one of the best beach breaks for surfers in Central America. Welcome to Paradise!

The beach house also contains a washer and dryer, BBQ, outdoor furniture, and four bicycles to cruise the resort. There is an outdoor shower which is perfect after a long day at the beach.

Please note that the Gran Pacifica Resort may charge a small entrance fee when you check-in. This is a resort fee. Fee ranges between $10/night or $17/night and may be waived depending on how many nights you are staying. Contact the host for more details.

Great little place right on a surf beach
Our family enjoyed our stay at this tiny home. Great views, especially from the upper patio & room. Appreciated the hot water & good water pressure. Very clean home & comfy beds. Nice big windows to enjoy the views. Great location to walk over & surf anytime. We would love to stay here again.
