"What a joke. They advertise all these wonderful amenities and when we arrived there was absolutely nothing available. No spa, no beach, no tennis, no laundry facilities, no hair salon. We would never have stayed here if we had know. When we complained they offered us a free drink! I have complained through the hotel and the refuse to respond and tried to get a refund from Expedia with no luck. Don't go to this hotel if you are expecting lots to do.....there is nothing!"

"We had a very warm welcome from the lady on reception and the breakfast staff were lovely. Our room was a good size with quality bed linen and excellent bathroom products. There was a great selection at breakfast and some excellent cappuccino made to order. We only stayed one night and I don’t really think that’s practical as it’s a bit of a trek to get to, especially with the road closures. We got horribly lost so arrived late, a bit tired and frustrated. "

"Lovely hotel. Approaching on arrival it has a very nice clean look, so straight away we were happy with our choice, and definitely, I would agree on a 4* Hotel. I have stayed in many areas of Italy, and this one comes close to a small handful of specific good hotels on the Amalfi coast. What I didn’t agree with, is the young staff are very loud with each other. "

"This place looked like an old hotel that we probably bumped into this very year in a stepping-stone period towards its becoming a proper boutique hotel (perhaps I will go back next year to double check). "What a terrific hotel! Everyone was warm and welcoming and they upgraded us to a magnificent suite…so roomy, clean and quiet. Breakfast was lovely with continental offerings plus eggs done your way.
