"It started when we passed the gates of the property. With its olive trees colored by some cypresses, the colors of the stones and this special colors ofbthe Toscan earth greeted us. Then we received by very friendly and smiling people who showed us around the property, the Orangerie for breakfast, the 12 century room for dinner, the pool ,the fitness, the pond with ducks, gooses and many different birds, the muttons, the alpacas..you do feel close to the nature. "Chambre en plein cœur du centre historique donc très bien situé pour visiter Sienne. Il nous a été indiqué une rue à 10mn à pied pour se stationner gratuitement. La chambre se situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur. Pour nous pas de problème mais c'est bon à savoir. La chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur au plafond ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce donc très bonne nouvelle à notre arrivée avec plus de 35 degrés dehors. "This was a place to stay. Period. Nothing more. Wi-Fi did not work. The overhead shower is broken and did not work. Pieces of the bathroom door fell off. There was no hot/warm water for 36 hours. No shelf/hook/anything to place your toiletries on. Perhaps I should have communicated with management? Oh, that’s right! I tried 3x. No response in 4 days time. "

"Nice, clean bedroom & bathroom. Shared entry was noisy when other guests arrived. You can hear Church bells ringing throughout the night as you are located in the square. Siena is a lovely town."

"Absolutely loved our stay at Ca Bianca Tuscany Relais. The property is in excellent condition and our room was very spacious and comfortable. Pool is lovely and clean and not too cold at this time of year. Easy access into Siena and surrounding countryside to experience all Tuscany has to offer. Breakfast was exceptional and Maria is so lovely. We also ate in the evening and meals were delicious and nicely presented. Waiting and reception staff also excellent and guest focussed."

"Pros: Great location for exploring, super comfortable bed, hot shower. Cons: Parking is difficult if you don't want to pay the 25-30 euros. We parked in the tiniest place in a "lot" that was about a 10 minute walk away and we were extremely lucky to find that "spot". No AC after Oct 1st. "It's a bit of a hike up to Sienna but the walk is worth it, you avoid a lot of the tourist crowds coming from this direction. There are some steep hills to the top of the town, so be warned but I would stay here again. Relatively simple check in and out, no complaints. "

"The service at this hotel was impeccable. We were running late for our wine tasting but they were still SO accommodating! The rooms were beautiful and the view from the hotel are amazing. It was super accessible to everything. Also, the parking options were great - highly recommend. They're so responsive through texting and it was great to have this level of service. Highly rec! "
