"The worst hotel that has no management at all. Our room was taken by someone else when we arrived, we were told it was someone’s mistake at midnight, so we were sent to another hotel which had no promised parking lot available, also there wasn’t any water cup in the room, ridiculous and we need to get our money refunded."

"Nice and clean but they should update their details/services because there is no more share fridge, no share microwave and the bar/restaurant (with breakfast available as they say on the website) is closed for good. Was a disappointment for us. And not having these services anymore I think it is overpriced for what you get."

"When we first arrived, the hotel seemed basic and a bit dated, but it really grew on us. First of all, the staff were great. "Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. Hold your breath through the lobby, but good

"It is a comfortable hotel close ro the old town and museums, and mid-way between the two railway stations. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff are pleasant and helpful. The only problem is rhw scent diffuser that pollutes the lobby with perfume that induces headaches. It is diagusting. Hold your breath and run through the lobby."
