"The hot tub was cold the first night and the front desk said maintenance already went home. The safe in our room did not work. I left my watch charger in the room and they said they did not find it. Our air conditioner in the room rattled. Maintenance came up and said the vent cover was just loose and then it started rattling again at night and we had to shut it off. The lobby was freezing cold. Had to wear coat to eat breakfast. $16 a night for party was a little expensive!"

"Beautiful place But the only reason I went with this and not another property was based on their statement there were EV chargers at the hotel. They infact were not. There were some a few blocks away but that to us was false advertising. As soon as I brought it up they took it down as an amenity "

"We had a two bed with a balcony. The price is just for the view. I probably wouldn’t go back. It’s in need of a huge remodel. The staff checking in and out were great. "

"We had a wonderful week at the Hyatt. The staff were amazing. They were thoughtful and helpful on even anticipating our needs. Rooms were clean and the cleaning staff worked hard to keep all areas spotless. Lovely facility with great staff in the restaurant, breakfast area, roof top, and bar. We will return. Thank you for a wonderful week. "
