The property comprises an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds (one ensuite with shower) and the other with 2 single beds. In addition to the suite, there is a second bathroom with a corner shower, a living/dining room and an equipped kitchen.

There is a very generous patio at the entrance, facing west, with a barbecue, table and chairs, perfect for enjoying family meals outdoors, with space to park 1 vehicle inside the gates of the house.

The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, electric hob, oven, toaster, microwave, DOLCE GUSTO capsule coffee machine, kettle and washing machine and dishwasher.

The villa is located about 50 metres from Praia da Lota, which is just a few metres from Manta Rota, with direct access via a wooden walkway, with various amenities within walking distance, including cafés, restaurants, supermarket, ATM, among others.

A vivenda está bem localizada e bastante acolhedora. No entanto aqui fica alguns detalhes que se podem melhorar.. -o ruído dos ar condicionado é elevado e incomoda o descanso. - não possui balde/esfregona. - não possui qualquer alguidar. - espaço no roupeiro muito reduzido. Boa casa
Cas bem equipada com boa internet e óptima localização. Algo a melhorar é o estendal que está partido e o barulho da casa de trás (acho que é o compressor do ar condicionado deles). O portão tem alguma dificuldade em fechar. Coloquei menos bom na limpeza porque não tivemos a limpeza na mudança de lençois mas percebemos que não era conveniente por causa do vírus.
