"The Yeatman was absolutely lovely from start to finish. The team was great. It was our first time traveling with two kids under 3, and our room had two cots ready, with slippers, Yeatman teddy bears, shampoo and soap for kids, etc. For us, there was a small bottle of LBV port, chocolate truffles and Pasteis de Nata - a nice touch! "Beautiful place,perfectly situated. The staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast is great (though the coffee included with breakfast isn't so good). My only suggestion would be to set the room temperature so guests can't tamper with it, one of the occupants cranked it up to sauna levels, which is neither customer nor eco-friendly. Otherwise, it was close to perfect and I'd stay again"
