Disappointing
I was expecting, and have had, a far higher standard for the price.
I wish I had taken more notice of the number of external photographs against interior shots as the only redeeming feature of this place is the outside area.
The house itself is of a very low standard. Everything feels old. Not rustic, not traditional, not authentic, OLD!
From the furniture right down to the cutlery, it all has a jumble sale feel you shouldn’t be getting for what is being charged.
Something else to watch for in the description, there is no oven, grill or toaster. Your only means of cooking is the BBQ in the garden so pick up some charcoal at the airport as this is not provided. Washing & ironing facilities aren’t there either although I think listed.
The bed is very uncomfortable and bedding, like everything else, is old, worn and far from inviting.
Overall, a valuable life lesson, you don’t always get what you pay for.
The owners seemed lovely so I am sorry my review is a little scathing but if I felt had we had value for money it would be a completely different score. You really need to reconsider your rates.
