This modern townhouse with a private garden and pool sleeps up to 6 people and is the perfect getaway for families and young professionals who want to enjoy the town of Sagres and the amazing (surf) beaches.
The owner updated this accommodation in June 2022 to create a homely, comfortable, luxurious holiday home fully equipped. It has two bedrooms with two single beds each, which can easily be pushed together. A sofa bed in the living room folds into a small double. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with modern appliances, including a 4-plate induction stove, oven and microwave, a small dishwasher and a washer/dryer combination.
To top it all off, the house has a spacious private garden with outdoor furniture, a BBQ and a private pool that can be heated upon request (at extra cost) and with an optional child protection gate.

## Neighborhood
The townhouse is located in a calm neighbourhood at the entrance of Sagres town. The house is 400 m from the Intermarché supermarket; 400m from the restaurant "Meridian"; the surf shop 400 m; the bicycle rental shop 400 m; 1000m from the centre of Sagres (Pharmacy, Market, shops, restaurants, bars, health centre, post office, etc.)
## Transit
There are several buses a day going to and from Sagres (the nearest bus stop at 100 m from the bus stop (Sagres- Sítio do Poço), but to get around,d a hire car is recommended. You can park one car in the private parking spot in front of the house. Further shared parking spots are available.
By car, it's 15 km to the "Golf Santo António" course, 30 km to Lagos, 50 km to the "Slide & Splash" water park, 90 km to Faro airport, 350 km to Lisbon airport and 350 km to Seville.
