Bright and cheery villa with views of the golf course. The villa included all the amenities that we needed for a long stay. We stayed five weeks and enjoyed every minute of our holiday. We would definitely book this villa again.

Beautiful property for relaxing holiday
We enjoyed a lovely 2 weeks at this beautiful villa. (Second stay here.) It feels like home from home. Everything we needed. Great balconies to sit out on. Lovely site for morning walks.

Property is lovely, Manual and Jose were super helpful and available. Every amenity was available, especially in the kitchen. Lovely outdoor spaces. Some items could do with updating but owner is aware. Quiet location, great for younger families but could do with a social area for older kids and adults.

Quiet location in a well appointed townhome
Our stay was a nice, quiet stay in August away from the normal Algarve hustle. The townhome is filled with quality furniture and comfortable beds. The balcony off of the living room was very relaxing. Although windy in August, Budens stayed cooler than the rest of the Algarve so was a nice respite from the heat found more east in the Algarve. The location is close to the beaches in Lagos and Praia da Luz, and you can still explore the hidden gems of Salema, Sagres, and Aljezur. Jose the host was flexible and attentive. If you need to work remote, the internet is very slow at the time of this post. However, the owner stated he would look into fixing this. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Schönes Haus
Das Haus befindet sich in einer Siedlung am Rand des Ortes Budens, ist sehr ruhig gelegen gegenüber den Front Nine des Golfplatzes San Antonio. Die Ausstattung bietet alles was man auch zu Hause hat bzw. erwartet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants sind fußläufig oder mit dem Auto in 2-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Matratze des großen Bettes ist mir persönlich viel zu weich, da fand ich die der Einzelbetten wesentlich angenehmener. Wenn baulich erlaubt, wäre ein Windschutz auf den Terrassen toll. Der Grill ist klasse, allerdings sehr windanfällig, dadurch brennt die Kohle weg wie Reisig. Gerne wieder.

Casa muy confortable en una urbanización tranquila. Cuenta con todas las comodidades, aunque quizá no es del todo adecuada para niños muy pequeños, por contar con varios tramos de escalera.

Villa confortable, proche des commodités et des plages
Piscine appréciable le matin et en fin de journée, quand on veut être seul à nager. Complexe très bien entretenu et calme. Il n'y a pas d'insonorisation. Dans notre chambre on entendait les gens parler à côté. Ils parlaient normalement. C'est le seul bémol de la semaine. Des boules quies pour régler le problème. Côté de l'Algarve très tranquille et très venteux en fin de journée et le soir.

Calme, espace et confort.
Un logement conforme à l'annonce et aux photos: très lumineux, spacieux, propre et confortable, dans une résidence de standing. Très bon accueil de José. À quelques kilomètres des plages. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. La piscine est bien appréciable par forte chaleur. La résidence est en hauteur, il peut y avoir un peu de vent de temps à autres (bien venu lui aussi, quand il fait chaud). Il y a un Intermarché à 650m. A prendre en compte : le logement est sur 4 demi-niveaux. La voiture est indispensable pour visiter la région. Je recommande.

Passamos 2 semanas na propriedade do Sr. Manuel, e tudo correu exactamente como esperado. A casa é excelente, assim como a zona. O sr. Maison très agréable
Maison confortable et très bien située pour explorer les belles plages de l' Algarve. Située entre Sagres et Lagos. On a passé un très bon séjour en famille. Si je devais émettre une petite réserve, cela serait le wifi: un peu plus de débit et de stabilité souhaitées. Le reste (salon, tv avec satellites, chambres, salles de bain, cuisine, barbecue,...) excellent. Communication fluide et agréable avec Manuel, le proprietaire et José, le contact sur place.

Silvesteran der ALgarve
Tolles Haus, für 4 Personen, dass wir zu zweit bewohnten in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen Anlage. Genau das, was wir suchten. Tolle Wohnlage, tolle Wohnung und Ruhe, wenn wir sie wollten. Auf der anderen Seite nur 10Km bis Lagos, wenn man Shoppen, Essen gehen oder einfach nur den Flair einer der schönsten Städtchen der Algarve geniessen möchte. Wir werden wiederkommen!
