## Space

Our House features one bedroom with a double bed, perfect for couples. The living room and equipped kitchen provide a cozy space to relax and prepare meals, complete with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, and freezer.

Step outside to enjoy your private garden, small pool, and BBQ area, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy a delicious grilled meal. Our House also includes WiFi, cable TV, and air conditioning to keep you comfortable throughout your stay.

Just 400 meters away, you'll find an Intermarché supermarket, surf shops, and a bus stop, while restaurants and the center of Sagres are only 1km away. With surf beaches, bars, a pharmacy, and plenty of activities like surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, hiking, Casa Rainer is the perfect location for a beach, sporty or nature holiday.

Our House accommodates up to two guests. Bed linen and towels are included. There is a secure outdoor parking on-site.

## Neighborhood

This townhouse is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is right behind the town center of Sagres, with it's many restaurants and shops. The big supermarket is 5-10 minutes walking. Beliche beach and the Cabo de São Vicente ('end of the world') are just a few minutes by car.

## Transit

There are several buses a day going to and from Sagres, but to get around a hire car is recommended. You can park one car for free on our private parking, extra cars can park in the streets surrounding this accommodation.

Great place! Perfect amount of room for me and my husband. Place was clean and both the bed and the sofa were very comfortable. Nice relaxing space.

Schönheit mit Macken.
Der Kontakt mit der Agentur Rental Valley war gut und professionell. Schnelle Reaktion vor allem über WhatsApp.. Leider war das Wlan/WiFi sehr störungsanfällig oder gar nicht vorhanden. Der Netzwerkname Villa Rainer war in der Liste nicht vorhanden. Wir haben uns notgedrungen beim Nachbarhaus eingeloggt. Allgemein ist die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt: Stühle, Sofa..die Automatik für die Außenbeleuchtung liess sich nicht abstellen, die Spülmaschine spülte nicht vernünftig, Sonnenschirm: Fehlanzeige. Außenkissen fehlten ebenfalls. Schwimmer im WC war komplett verkalkt und musste repariert werden, die Grillausstattung verrottet in einem zugeregneten Plastkgefäß.. Die Putzkräfte haben offensichtlich zu wenig Zeit. Ergebnis: Der Besitzer sollte sich dringend um sein Eigentum kümmern.
