"We came here looking for some peace, loud music was being played above our deck in the pool area till 12am and after repeatedly calling them to turn off as per the quiet rules starting 11am, they kept playing till 1am. They gave us a room right below the deck; we booked a luxury room but nothing like the name described. Other Amenities The pool is dirty, rain dance doesn’t work, breakfast is terrible; Taste, quantity and quality The receptionist kept calling us to check if we were coming despite paying in advance, they kept asking why we got late and whether we will show up. We didn’t have fuel so we asked her info and she told us to google it …. lol 😂 as if we didn’t know, we were telling her why we are late but she hung up. 2 stars for the location, not coming back here. Conclusion: this place sucks for ppl looking for lakeside vacation- don’t waste your money"

"Excellent ... !!!!! Only they can improve is managing the food for all Full Board and keeping more options. Nevertheless each one of them at property were very friendly. Keep up the good work Rahul, Ashok, and entire team of Nirmal who was managing the food. Loved the stay."

"We stayed 2 nights at this property. The rooms are nice and the property is well maintained. The morning mountain views from our balcony were gorgeous. The only exception was the pool which was not maintained well. We weren’t comfortable swimming in it and that was a big disappointment for us. Power kept cutting in/out a lot, they have a generator that kicks in within 30 secs but it reset all the TV, AC settings which is annoying because of how often it happened. The food is Good. The service is very good. After we checked out, we realized we had left behind something in the room. We called the hotel and they were able to track the items for us, and courier them to us as requested. We really appreciated this so kudos to their team for taking this extra effort. "

"The only good option in small city of Boisar, hence no choice of booking other hotels. Upper category rooms are very good and stay was comfortable. "
