"Unique hotel, but the staff need to be more customer service orientated. When we checked we were handed the key and no words came out of the mouth of the person who checked us in, we didn't know where to go to find our room. When I asked he pointed to a hall. We were also accosted by another worker when we were outside enjoying a drink in the garden area, she was very rude at first telling us we couldn't drink alcohol we brought, we had to buy it there. "Great experience. Lady at front desk was very helpful. Thought it was a great deal for Oslo. I had a rent a car, so easy to get to. No tv in room, fine by me. One in the lobby. Shared bathroom, clean and convenient. Full shared kitchen. Very convenient. I went to the local market, heated up pasta and sauce. I would definitely recommend. Lobby had a nice zen feeling. Nice touch with the battery candles. "

Otherwise, it was a cozy apartment room, great view into the city, and was very convenient in terms of walkable locations and bus availability. Room was kept well, water pressure in shower was fantastic, soap smelled nice. Parking voucher would have been nice, but otherwise it was a good experience. "
