"I really enjoyed the facilities at the hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. The reception and breakfast room were well decorated and welcoming. "Without any reception or staff around it sometimes feels a bit like a ghost house. It's nice that it's generally a quiet area (when the construction work at the neighbour is not ongoing) but with the no-staff concept it becomes VERY quiet and some might feel unpleasant or even unsafe. I missed being able to get something to drink or a snack especially with no 24h store nearby. The fridge added to the bit of scary feeling, it was only after 2 days I realised the scary human sounding moaning...

"Great spot in old Tallinn just around the corner from the Town Square. The sauna is complete with a pool, hot tub, steam room and traditional sauna. Beds were very comfortable and pillows can be individualized. Super stay!"

"When you book a cheap hotel you expect that at least the basic boxes are ticked. Well, they ticked all the basic boxes you need. Also, the hotel is new and modern with large windows, which was very nice. I didn't have any service as it was self-check-in. However, when you look into the details you might find some issues. "Wonderful location just a few minutes walk from the old town and less than 10 minutes from the train station. The breakfast was more than adequate and the bed was very comfortable. Could have done with an extra pillow which I later found in the cupboard. I'm sure reception can provide one if you ask. The only thing I have a gripe with is the space. I stayed in a single room and there was just enough space in there and I was travelling light. I can imagine it could get very squashed with a suitcase. "

Great place to stay

"Very modern and great value for money. Close to the Old Town and public transport. There’s also a vending machine which was easy to use with great options including hot food. The room itself was very modern, there was no TV in the room there’s really no need for one as there is a shared one in the common area on each floor. "

So sad to leave!

"My partner and I have just left this hotel from a two week stay exploring the old town, and honestly we were really sad to leave! Overall, the hotel is a wonderful gem. It is very close to the port so if you wanted to hop on a ferry and go over to Helsinki, then it’s perfectly located. It is also very close to the old town, only a 10 minute walk if that, so perfect if you are wanting to explore that area. It’s quite modern and very clean. The spa and pool area were excellent and the poolside bar went down a treat! Breakfast was plentiful and there was decent variety. We didn’t have lunch or an evening meal in the hotel so cannot comment on that. The room was compact but clean, the decor was very abstract but very pleasant! There is a mini bar in the room but again, we did not use that. My only criticism would be the towels, you get a robe and some slippers in your room to use in the spa, but the towels are very small, and I’m not a particularly large person but I couldn’t get the towel over my head after washing my hair! It would be better if they were larger and thicker as they are quite thin and flimsy. We are thinking of coming back next year, and this would be our first choice of hotel for sure!"
