"We booked this very expensive over rated appartement hôtel for our 4 nights stay as a family. They only provided 2 bath sheets even though there was 4 of us, I asked for more and was told it would be 6 euros per towel. I could buy towels for that prices and keep them! The bathroom had a terrible sewage smell that wouldn’t go away. Glad we only went back to sleep. Kids refused to use it and brushed their teeth in the kitchen. That flat should have never been rented out. Will never stay there...

"Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. The apartment was big including the rooms. "

Elle ne fait aucun effort pour comprendre et trouver une solution ! Heureusement hôtel.com dispose d’un chat en ligne qui ont finit par appeler l’hôtel pour expliquer comment il fallait faire.. accueil pas très aimable et pas d’indication sur l’état des lieux à l’arrivée ! "Location is perfect. Very close to grotto, sanctuary, market, etc. Property is very clean and staff is very friendly. No elevator or lift. Hard for senior guests to bring their luggage upstairs. "
