"Frank was a wonderful and informative host. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our weeks stay.We were within walking distance from the Mgarr ferry terminal, and close to bus stops which easily take you anywhere on the island.The supermarket was a bit of a longer walk (about 20 mins) but as the weather was usually wonderful, it was very enjoyable.We loved our stay on Gozo, and loved our stay at this spacious, and quiet house."

"The house is beautiful. It's not a good idea to book it during winter season. No basic things provided on arrival such as milk or sugar to make a hot cup of tea, no matches or fire starter or instruction to start the fire in the front room as there is no other heating except that, I had not enough euro coins or the balance left in the meter unit to keep the bedrooms heated the first night of arriving into the cold December nights. Inadequate provision for the kitchen, not enough pots and pans to cook a decent meal for a group of five. Plates with chipped edges are among them. No scissors in the kitchen Microwave is hazardous with a broken edge on the rotating glass plate. It was a struggle to light the fire every night to keep the living room area warm. Other than those complaints, it was ok."

"A well needed break for the family, including a 7 & 4 year olds, who enjoyed dragging us into the lovely pool each morning. Raymond’s villa lived up to expectations, from the minute I opened the entrance door, seeing the pool to walking inside with my son to run around selecting one of the three ample bedrooms. We opted for the one downstairs as we could get to the pool first. All had their own en suite, and beds were comfortable too. The property is set in a great location for both exploring Gozo and Malta. It is in a quieter part of Qala and has very easy access to the ferry so no problem for trips over to the mainland. There were a number of close by supermarkets, small and large (Gozo size) and perfectly adequate for all the usual family supplies. There is a decent relaxing beach nearby within a short car trip, and within walking distance bars and a few restaurants making a perfect excuse to not cook! So with a hire car at ones disposal (parking at the end of the entrance ally is not a problem), I would say Raymond’s villa makes for the perfect base to enjoy all Malta (and Gozo) has to offer. "We had an excellent stay in Fort Chambray. Our appartment was on the first floor with a lovely view of the swimmimg pools and the Mediterranean sea. The appartment was very clean and very well kitted out, we lacked nothing. The owner met us on arrival and was very welcoming and helpful."

"We would highly recommend Narisa. Natasha was fantastic, friendly, helpful and fun. Our room was quiet, a good size, and we had a nice terrace to sit on at the end of a hot busy day. Breakfast was great with s good variety. We will be back and we will recommend people stay here."

"If you are looking for a place to stay that is not fancy and within a reasonable budget, stay here! The rooms were perfect for two people and while it is a quiet residential area, it is not a far drive to anything on Gozo. Absolutely acceptable!"
