Duplex apartment of 70m², fully renovated in 2019, on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a charming residence, with stunning views and without vis-à-vis on the lake.

The bottom is composed of:
   - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
   - 1 bathroom with shower
   - 1 separate toilet
   - 1 kitchen / dining room of 15m²
   - 1 adjoining living room of 11m²
   - 1 small terrace facing the lake (possibility to eat there for 5/6 people)

The floor is composed of:
   - 1 bedroom with a double bed (120x190)
   - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (80x190)
   - 1 bathroom with bathtub
   - 1 separate toilet

The apartment is located at the foot of the marine lake, 5 minutes walk from the ocean and 7 minutes walk from the city center and shops. You can park your car on the private parking space underground and spend the rest of your vacation on foot or by bike. The residence has several outdoor bike pitches, including a covered.

Come discover the charm of the Landes Vieux-Boucau with its immense sandy beaches, its arena where you can attend the famous landaise races (not to be missed), its bike paths that can lead you to Spain, its many nightlife and its large daily market (dates and program on the website of the tourist office).

Fab holiday in Vieux Boucau
Well configured apartment with lovely view out over the lagoon from the balcony. Great location: 10 min walk to Spar and beaches; 20-30 min walk to other side of Lagoon for board/boat hire. We managed without a car. More spacious then photos suggest - good communal space and plenty of kitchen space for food prep for the family. Nathalie excellent host and all queries answered promptly. Hope to visit again soon!

Très bon séjour dans un appartement idéalement situé.
Appartement très bien placé et bien équipé. Belle vue du balcon pour prendre le petit dej. Proche de la plage et des écoles de surf. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille (7 personnes). Seul petit bémol, le ménage avait été très léger avant notre arrivée.

Wonderful week in Vieux-Boucau
We just returned from a wonderful week in Vieux-Boucau, where we stayed at the beautiful duplex apartment of Aurelien. There were so many things that we appreciated about our stay there and the only regret is that we were not able to stay longer. The duplex is super well located. We came with our four children (ages 17 to 11) and had a fantastic time. Our children and teenagers appreciated the fact they could go anywhere (around the lake, to the center of the town, to the three beaches) independently and we enjoyed the details and care that has gone into furnishing the duplex. You could feel that the owner really wants his guests to have a fantastic time and it worked. We were welcomed by Irene (who also cleans the house) and it was easy to communicate with her about our arrival time. The duplex was spotless and in very good condition. The kitchen was even supplied with condiments/cleaning products to get us going and a nice bottle of rose and juice. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we've slept in (we are told the owner has just changed all of the mattresses) and having two bathrooms (with 3 teenager girls) was super nice and practical. There are two rooms under the roof, with one large room (that is actually bigger than it looks on the pictures) and one smaller room (but with plenty of storage space). The neighborhood is quiet and in the evening, you can hear the sound of water from the tides going in and out (very relaxing!) Vieux-Boucau is a charming little town that makes you immediately feel on vacation but with also very good taste (tons of nice restaurants with cute terraces, good bakeries, nice daily market, etc). I hope we can come back in the future and would not hesitate to recommend this place to any of our friends and families!

Cette devise, affichée sur un petit panneau dans l'appartement, dit tout : une vue de rêve depuis le balcon d'un appartement de deux étages, bien équipé et propre, situé au dernier étage d'une petite résidence de trois étages. Aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Le check-in/check-out est effectué par une gentille dame sur place au nom du bailleur. Tout est très simple et sympathique. Il n'y a pas de Wifi, ceux qui ont besoin d'Internet devraient emporter un routeur de téléphonie mobile. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise pendant deux semaines en tant que famille avec deux adolescents.

Belle adresse avec une vue splendide
L'appartement est conforme au descriptif très bien équipé et propre, tout est prévu pour passer un agréable séjour jusqu'à la décoration et bien sûr tous les équipements de qualité. Sa situation idéale permet de tout faire à pieds, et la vue on ne se lasse pas. La résidence était plutôt calme durant notre séjour et bien entretenue. Le parking en sous sol est un réel atout également. En résumé nous avons passé un excellent séjour et remercions les propriétaires car contrairement à certaines locations, ici nous avons le sentiment que tout est fait pour rendre le séjour agréable !

ici c'est le paradis!
C'est ce qu'indique un petit panneau décoratif à l'entrée de l'appartement et cela résume tout! Emplacement idéal, je pouvais surveiller les petites qui jouait en bas devant le lac du balcon, pendant que mon ado surfait à la plage. Nous avons tout fait à pied, trouvé d'excellents restos, le marché est un enchantement, profité du concert sur la plage... bref, de très bonnes vacances, permis par un appartement très propre et très fonctionnel, rien ne manque, tout est utile, la vue est magnifique sur le lac et sur la mer (en haut!) c'est vraiment super! Merci aussi pour la petite surprise dans le frigo, c'est la cerise... Bise, Chloé

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Top-Lage
Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt kaum Wünsche offen: Top ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionsherd, bequeme Betten, Terrasse mit herrlichem Seeblick, Nähe zum Meer mit herrlichem Sandstrand ... Einziger Mangel ist, dass man ohne WLAN auskommen muss. Ansonsten sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter (auch mit wenig Französisch u. Übersetzungs-Programm möglich ;-) ). Auf jeden Fall ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen!
