Beautiful terrace equipped with a garden furniture facing West.

END OF STAY CLEANING AND LINEN ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (Optional cleaning: 100€ / Optional linen: see rates with the agency).
A participation in charges of 25€/week will be required between mid-October and mid-June included.
A cleaning deposit of 100 € will be requested on arrival by bank imprint or check.
