"The room was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The toilet had waste in it that was not flushed; there was hair on the shower floor and in the floor of the room; the rug was not vacuumed, as there were nail clippings on it; and the room was dusty, which could be seen on the tables and cups."

"Room was hot, no air conditioning, no screen on the only window that opened allowing mosquitoes in to bite us. Either that or no sleep due to being too hot. No staff, tried to contact via email but received no response."

"Der Zustand des Ferienhauses war für uns nicht akzeptabel. Wir hatten den Eindruck dass der Eigentümer das Haus gerade verlassen hat und gleich wieder kommt. Alle Räume waren verschmutzt und sämtliche Schränke waren vollgestopft mit Wäsche und anderen Dingen des täglichen Lebens. Wir hätten die ganze ..."
