Forest, meadows, wide open spaces and a listed building The comfortable holiday home, a former barn, is located separately on a 5000 square metre natural plot in an absolutely quiet location on the edge of the forest in the Riesenbrück district. The birthplace of the nationally significant pre-Pomeranian painter and draughtsman Paul Holz is located on the old farm. The holiday home was completely renovated in 2016 and furnished to a high standard. The furnishings meet the highest standards. The building was designed for a comfortable stay for small groups or friendly families. On the ground floor there is a large communal room with dining table, upholstered seating area, fireplace (initial supply of firewood included, thereafter EUR 3/basket), flat-screen TV and hi-fi, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a combined living room/bedroom with double bed and a guest WC. On the upper floor there are two separate apartments, each with a living area with 1-2 sofa bed(s) and TV, a sleeping loft with double bed (access via room-saving staircase) and a bathroom (1 x shower, 1 x bathtub). For small children, a high chair and a travel cot can be provided for self-assembly (simple system). There is also free W-LAN and Netflix. The entire holiday home is very spacious, both indoors and outdoors, so that there are plenty of opportunities for larger groups to retreat and relax. Outside there are several furnished seating areas (some covered), a campfire and barbecue area, sun loungers, bicycle storage and parking spaces. Simple bicycles can be hired on site by prior arrangement. Wildlife watching of native ungulates such as red deer, fallow deer, roe deer and wild boar is possible directly from the property. Binoculars/spotting scopes can be hired on site on request. Outside the main holiday season, the accommodation can also be booked by mobile assembly teams or companies. We also offer spacious accommodation at favourable special rates for smaller groups. Pets: One pet is expressly permitted in this property.
Viereck is a village in the sparsely populated east of Western Pomerania. The small town of Pasewalk with shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés is approx. 5 km away.
