In a very popular area the 17th century. Viennese district is set in a Wilhelminian house a very well equipped and comfortable apartment near the Elterleinplatz or AKH with excellent transport links into the city center.

Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday or a successful business stay. The spacious apartment (60m²) can accommodate three to a maximum of four people. Directly in front of the apartment is a small well-kept courtyard, with seating for the apartment guests.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in Wien
Die Vermieterin hat mich sehr freundlich und gedultig in Emfang genommen. Alles was ich wissen musste hat sie mir erklärt. Ich bekam sogar einen Stadtplan von Wien, in den die Vermieterin Insidertipps eingetragen hat. Toll. Die Wohnug ist für zwei Personen mehr als ausreichend und es ist alles vorhanden: gemütliches Sofa, Küchenausstattung, Schlafzimmer mit ausreichend Platz im Kleiderschrank. Direkt vom Schlafzimmer kommt man ins Badezimmer, das wit einer tollen Badewanne ausgestattet ist. Das Schlafzimmer ist hinten raus und dadurch sehr ruhig. Genau richtig zum schlafen. Ich war sehr zufrieden.
