The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel doesnt have its name on the building, and was renamed since we booked it a month ago so we struggled to find it.

Modern hotel round the corner from Prater Amusement Park. About 10 mins walk from Praterstern station. Lovely hotel, very modern. Great staff. The room was very clean. Coffee machine and fridge were a nice touch. We had a room with a shower as i am a wheelchair user, but i can walk short distances, so the step into the shower wasnt an issue for me. Excellent shower! Really lovely shower products. Busy at breakfast time but that is to be expected, we always got a seat though. Lots of choice both hot and cold. The only issue i had was that everything was up high and i couldnt help myself to breakfast. Luckily i have my husband to help me. I'm sure if you were a lone traveller the staff would be happy to help though. Bar and food availble in the evenings. Relaxed feel. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel close to tram station. Clean and comfortable rooms. The only problem was the same we are having all over right now. These hotels advertise they have AC but then turn it off since the decide it’s not needed. We like a fairly cool room to sleep and the only solution is to open the window. No screens and sometimes loud. Otherwise a decent place to stay.

I recently stayed at Bassena Wien Messe Prater , and while check-in took longer than expected, Annie and Valentina made up for it. Annie’s warm welcome and helpful tips about the area were much appreciated. Valentina’s cheerful attitude and good service throughout our short stay really stood out. Despite the slow check-in, their friendly service made my visit enjoyable. Very clean and neat hotel.

We were only here for 2 nights and our second night the light and AC in room stopped working, after trying for almost an hour to get it working and unable to do so, we were switched to a different room. Overall a decent stay despite that one issue we had.

We truly cannot say enough positive things about this stay. We had booked this hotel for the Taylor Swift concert that ended up being cancelled, but it was our 10 year wedding anniversary and we made a whole trip of it. We had originally booked 2 nights, but when we went to change to the third the price was much higher due to the concert so we booked at another hotel. When we got to the other hotel for the third night it was terrible. We went back to Bassena and at a very reasonable rate. All staff were kind and helpful. The evening bartenders were so personable. The room is bright, great amenities and you can control your own AC. The in room coffee / espresso machine was a great bonus. We would like to someday bring our kids to Vienna and stay here, because they would just love Prater. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I've stayed in many hotels over the years, but this one truly stood out. The room was exceptionally spacious and impeccably clean, with a well-maintained bathroom. Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. The location is also fantastic, with a metro station just a 3-minute walk away. To our surprise, there was a charming little amusement park behind the hotel, reminiscent of a mini Disney World. It exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely be returning.
