We had little to no hot water the entire stay. It took 20-30 minutes to get tepid water. The water pressure was very low. The room needed a deep clean and cosmetic retouching. I spoke to the employee at the desk who admitted they were having problems with the hot water all weekend. I spoke to the manager after four attempts of no answer and being transferred to a full voicemail box. She basically seemed irritated and said she couldn’t do anything because I booked through a third party. She said she would credit the parking which we haven’t seen yet. We’ve stayed at this hotel before a couple of times. It seems to be worse each time.

I was charged $45 for parking even though we stayed 2 nights (supposedly $15 per night). There is a coffee maker in the room with pods - but NO REGULAR COFFEE! Yes, there was herbal tea and 1 pod of decaf. Small problems, but I doubt I would stay again.

Customer service is an area of improvement. My daughter nedded to call me urgently and when she asked the receptionist to give me a message, the recepcionist laughed at her and hang up the phone. Would not recommend this hotel.as this type of service is unacceptable.
