The apartment has free WiFi, TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. The apartment also has underfloor heating.
Cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy and a supermarket are within a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

The connection is very good. The subway station Nußdorferstraße is only a minute's walk from the apartment. There are also several tram stations in the immediate vicinity, which lead directly to the city center.
