Nette Unterkunft-super Lage!
Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich zentral! Alles war gut! Die Küche war gut ausgestattet! Zu erwähnen ist, dass bei später Ankunft eine zusätzliche Gebühr fällig ist. Unser Zug hatte Verspätung, somit sind wir nach 21.00h gekommen.

Alles da was man braucht, Supermarkt im Haus....Sauberkeit -> da darf man nicht genau hinschauen....Schlafcouch in der Küche deshalb Empfehlung nur für max. 2 Personen !

sehr schöne wohnung! obwohl sie sehr zentral liegt sehr ruhig. gerne wieder! ich denke aber auch, das es möglich wäre in der wohnung mit 2 erwachsenen und 2 kindern zu sein. es gibt aber nur die möglichkeit für 3 personen. ich denke als kleine familie mit 2 kindern würde es trotzdem passen....

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungstour
Das Appartement liegt günstig, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten Wiens zu erkunden. Die kleine Küche bietet alles Notwendige, (im Erdgeschoss ist außerdem ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen), allerdings haben wir sie so gut wie gar nicht genutzt, sondern sind zum Frühstück in einem der Kaffeehäuser eingekehrt. Der Schlafraum ist groß, allerdings ist der Fernseher etwas klein und es gab auch keine deutschen Programme. Als Tipp: wer Wiener Küche mag ist gegenüber im "Haas Beisel" am richtigen Ort.

This place is quite nice and very silent. Enough for 3 and the all the facilities quite close by including a supermarket, 2 under ground stations and bus stops. There are a lot of cafes and places to eat nearby and easily go to the all the attentions. We enjoyed staying there.

Hier haben wir uns sicher und wohl gefühlt. Gute Lage und viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Die Küchenzeile ist zwar kpl. eingerichtet, aber alles Besteck u. Geschirr ist bunt zusammengewürfelt - es gibt keine Untertassen. Wohnung: Zu wenig Tischfläche im Wohnzimmer und zu schwache Beleuchtung in der gesamten Wohnung. Bad ist okay.

Schöne Wohnung für einen Wienaufenthalt
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine gute Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Innenstadt. Alles was man benötigt um sich zu versorgen ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sie liegt an einer belebten Straße und ist nicht ruhig. Ein größerer Fernseher mit deutschen Sendern wäre schön.

Das Apartment wurde leider nicht gereinigt übergeben. Der Fußboden was sehr schmutzig. Der in der Anzeige angegebene Haarfön war nicht auffindbar, nur eine leere Verpackung des Geräts was unter dem Waschbecken im Bad verstaut. Ansonsten ist die Lage und Ausstattung des Apartments sehr gut. Negativ anzumerken ist leider die Baustelle im Hausflur. Sieht nicht sehr einladend aus. Aber im großen und Ganzen ist es ausreichend um ein paar Tage in Wien zu genießen.
