"Great location to Old Town Riga and the Christmas Market. Staff was wonderful. Parking was cheap and easy which was a huge bonus since Riga is very difficult to find a parking space. Nice quiet hotel. Only complaint was the mattresses. We got the 3 twin bed room because our grown son was with us. The beds were like sleeping on hard cots. If they got new mattresses it would've made it the perfect experience! But loved the location, and the town of Riga was my favorite from our trip to the...

Mini bar wasnt cold and hester was not hot, housekeeping checked but did not make any difference. Would have been good to have more vegetarian hot food choices at breakfast. "This hotel doesn’t exist anymore. No one emailed or texted me to tell me. I called the number posted on the door; they said they tried to contact me, but that’s a lie, obviously— I wouldn’t have shown up there if they had. The very rude woman tried to get me to stay in a nearby hotel, but I went there to take a look, and it was filthy. Luckily, I was able to book other accommodations at a real hotel down the street instead. I’m going to need a full refund, of course. You can’t expect to keep the...
