"I loved staying at Hotel Antiche Figure. The hotel is extremely well located close to public transportation and an easy walk to St Marks and other sites. As mentioned in several other reviews, the staff was super-friendly and helpful. My room was in an annex building that was along a quiet pathway. The room was lovely- spacious and well-appointed. I loved the breakfast which was included - lots of delicious pastries and other items. I would definitely stay here again!"

"It was a little difficult to get to later in the evening. We had to walk in the dark from a water taxi stop a little farther away but the hotel was great. The restaurant was great too. Worth the walk. "

"Older building and checking in was a bit confusing at first but the staff communicated and was very friendly. It's not a typical hotel stay but a boutique style so we felt like we were local Romans, not a tourist. There is no front desk upon arrival. You have to go up to the second floor. The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much."
