Excellent in all categories But then we have been here before and are accustomed to enjoying ***** service with great price ratio quality service. Hey this time we discovered we had a mini fridge in the room. Super kitchen and you tow are great. Look forward to return this week.

Excellent family run hotel
Perfect stopover en route to Pisco Elqui from Concon. We travelled the unsealed road from Ovalle following the route of the stars through the rugged terrain. It was magnificent and the views in late afternoon amazing.

Close to restaurants . This is a small town and thus hotel fit the purpose . It can be used to spend the night when visiting "el Valle de Elqui"

Gave my room to someone else
We traveled by car to el valle de elqui. No access to wifi & limited phone service. We had a ck in time & were late. We called 30 minutes after ck in time which was when we had service. We were told our room was already filled. It's by now 1 in the morning & we are driving around looking for a place to stay in a small town where everything is booked.

Great proximity to centre of town
We have visited Vicuna a few times over the years and tried this for the first time. Price was reasonable and location was very convenient. Our room for 3 was spacious and very clean. Sleeping in summer was comfortable. Staff were friendly,excellent , unobtrusive and prepared to help and answer all our questions. Definitely recommend to others and we will be staying there again next time.Greg and Marcela(Australia)
