" I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very comfortable and met all my expectations. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. One standout feature was the doorman, who was exceptionally nice and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the experience. "The property had not been cleaned before my arrival. The fridge, the bathroom, the floors, everything was filthy. They hadn’t even swept the floors! There was a dead roach in the living room and a lot of stuff and dust under the beds. The matress in the main bedroom was gross. The light fixture in the kitchen was missing a lightbulb and it was very dark in there. The light fixtures in the hall and the second bedroom stopped working. The water heater was leaking water, flooding the laundry room....
