Very nice building
The apartment was well equipped with reasonable cooking utensils and pots and pans. There was lots of storage for clothing. The TV was excellent. The ENDY mattress was extremely comfortable! Everything was very clean and the laundry facilities in the building were modern and efficient. The most outstanding fact about this apartment is the location in Victoria - walking distance to the best sights, gardens, parks, ocean. The bus service to other tourist destinations is very good from James Bay. We loved our visit to Victoria in the spring!

Ideal location
The condo is in an ideal location for exploring Victoria. Ocean beaches, Beacon Hill Park, the beautiful Legislature building and the Inner Harbour are all in walking distance. Also close by are eateries and a grocery store. The condo itself is quite small but nicely furnished and has a very well equipped kitchen. The views from the living room windows and balcony are amazing. The tv is not connected to a cable service so you need to bring your own Netflix or Prime account. We hadn't anticipated this but the owner accommodated us by connecting the tv up to her account. There are no screens on the windows/balcony doors (no mosquitoes in Victoria) so there was the occasional uninvited flying visitor. All in all, a great home base for a vacation.
