Updated with new floorin! There are three rooms in this suite. One king size bed, two queen beds. Updated kitchen with dishwasher and brand new cabinets.

Lots of space in each room. All fully furnished with night stands, closets, lamps. Bathroom with bathtubs, shower head.

Ideally for group travels. Good for family travels, business travels, students travel with a budget.
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

If you are looking for a frat house feel, by all means enjoy! We have rented other rentals for a similar price that weeds well equipped. Clean and quiet. This is not those. Here is a list of what to know: Sleeping was fine, bedrooms are huge Lighting in rooms is terrible and lampshades are broken. Furniture is all hand me down that looks like it was picked up on the side of the road. Couch in bedroom had big rips in the arm. There was a hidden door behind a bookcase… Steps up to the apt. Are rickety and an accident waiting to happen Floors are nice and new Sheets and bedding were crisp and clean but you will only get one old towel and wash clothe per person. And they are old. Water kettle and toaster were old and unusable being so dirty Oven had spilled food in it No cable tv and wifi was not strong enough to stream anything It is on a loud street in a not so great part of town though it is very centrally located All in all pretty much a dump. We used it as we didn’t have a choice. I usually don’t leave a bad review. But I want others to know what they are walking into.

Do not stay here! That is the most important thing you need to know. We have rented on VRBO many times and we have never stayed at a place so bad. The pictures make the place look way nicer than it is and leave out all kinds of details. This includes a super unsafe, steep stairway up to the unit, lots of broken or rusty things around, a backwards installed deadbolt, a front door that takes a lot of force to open, pad lock hinges setup on the outside of each bedroom door ( so they could be locked from the outside with you in them), a box of knives in the downstairs window and if that was not enough, a copy of the book “The Silence of the Lambs” at your bedside. All in all it was so sketchy we left within an hour of arriving and ended up staying at a nearby inn. The app should not allow this unit in their system as it does not meet anyone’s expectations of a good place to stay. The owner did refund our next two nights, which was good, but the app will not fully refund us yet. Do not stay here!

Great location but older home
Pictures show it pretty correctly it is an older home with 3 separate suites in it. One upper, one middle and one lower level. Dhows a quick paint job and older carpets but place was clean. Had lots of hot water which is nice being 4 of us were sharing 1 bathroom. Beds were hard so only suggestion would be to have a nice memory foam topper on the mattresses for better support. Mattress also has plastic mattress covers which are terrible as you sweat badly. I get protecting the mattress being it is a rental but not plastic ones. Other than the fridge leaking water (reported to owner) who responded immediately it was cozy and great location to everything. Had everything in the kitchen we needed. Bedding and towels were fresh and clean including the duvet covers you could tell they had been fresh from the laundry. Also laundry there was nice to have it is outside to accdess but convenient to have right there if needed. Location and timing (July) were peak season but I do find $1600 for 5 nights a little steep being it is older and not right downtown victoria. But I did not go in expecting the ritz and prefer a VRBO VS Hotel as I know they are kept cleaner and better cared for being privately owned. Would stay again, Thank you!

Great location. Good set up with the three bedrooms, dishwasher & washer/dryer available on site. Old plumbing caused issues but overall the accommodation was good.

Functional, clean, but worn.
This property is pretty clearly new on the market and while its had some touch up, it has some issues to resolve. It's functional, but spare. It's an old house and while it's been cleaned, the partial paint job needs to be completed. The bedding is new, but the furniture well worn. Some of the lighting is plug/unplug because the switch nobs are missing. There's an issue with the king bed frame, and one of the door knobs keeps falling off. We did not use the kitchen at all, so cannot comment on it. Location is a reasonable drive to downtown, but not walkable. The house has 3 units in it, so parking can get interesting if all 3 are full.
