Prestigious Location Desirable Executive Home, Very Large Clean Rental.

This beautiful VRBO suite, named "Fawn Haven" is situated in a private park-like setting with ocean views from the deck, which is minutes to the beach and all amenities, including restaurants, hiking trails, lakes and bus routes. Please note: This suite is the first floor of a 2 storey home with separate entrance, with private outside area and the owners live upstairs. We are within 15-20 minute drive to all three hospitals - -Victoria General, Royal Jubilee and Saanich Peninsula.
This newly renovated suite comes with a separate large bedroom with a queen size bed; a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances (stove, refrigerator, built in microwave and dishwasher), quartz countertops, Keurig coffee machine and an additional countertop oven and a selection of coffee pods and various teas provided; outside table top barbeque for your enjoyment; large 10' high ceiling living area with a Smart TV (including Netflix, Prime) and WIFI included for your enjoyment. Also provided is a pellet stove for cooler nights. Free long distance calls to Canada and the US are provided, if needed. Full bathroom with shower and tub. Top of the line washer and dryer is included which is shared with the owners use when the suite is vacant.
Private entrance with parking. 1 man's and one woman's bicycle available to ride on the Galloping Goose trail or through the other various trails throughout Victoria.

Impeccably clean, beautifully appointed suite in the lower level of a beautiful home. Generous, friendly helpful owners. Suite located in beautiful, forested, hilly, established neighbourhood. Most wholesome, welcoming hosts with an adorable place and great location.
My partner and I stayed at this property for the weekend while visiting my cousin at UVIC. This location was beautiful and the hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The garden and landscaping around the property is beautiful as well. We loved our stay there And would recommend staying there to anyone going to Victoria!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the accommodation for anyone staying in the Victoria area. Betts and Terry were great host who gave us a comprehensive tour and were available for any questions throughout our stay. The unit is immaculate with everything we needed and centrally located in a great neighbourhood.

This property has everything needed to enjoy all Victoria has to offer. Rides to and from the airport, rental car and bicycles made our stay stress free.
