Welcome to Peacock Manor, your luxurious retreat with ocean glimpses and a touch of wild charm! This exquisite 4 bed, 3 full bath home sleeps 14 and offers the perfect blend of elegance and nature, and is conveniently located only 15 minutes to Downtown Victoria. Relax in style amidst luxury furnishings and soak in the breathtaking views of Petey the wild peacock who will be entering mating season shortly.
Upstairs you will find an oversized primary bedroom with king sized bed & memory foam topper, crib, walk-in-closet, and ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and heated tile flooring. Two generous sized bedrooms with queen beds share another 4pc bathroom with heated tile flooring. Two separate living rooms- one with top of the line, comfortable queen sofa bed and gas fireplace, and the other with luxury power recliners that almost lay flat. One more blow up queen bed in closet with built in pump. Spacious deck with bbq and utensils. Fully equipped kitchen with spice rack, coffee maker with coffee and sugar, dishes, pots and pans, and all cooking equipment.
There are friendly tenants downstairs but they have no access to your exclusive space or the driveway. Parking for 4+ cars in the driveway.

Downstairs you will find another bedroom with queen size bed and 65 inch tv, 4pc bath, pull out couch, fridge, microwave and kitchenette.
Conveniently located 10-15 minutes to downtown Victoria, 20 minutes to Victoria International airport and 30 minutes to Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal.

About Petey the peacock:
Petey has been coming to the house for over 12 years now. It's a mystery where he came from as there are no peacocks anywhere in the vicinity. He roams the area freely and comes and goes as he pleases. He loves hanging out on the deck railing and pecks the windows to get your attention.

Lovely home ideally situated
The house is just as advertised. Jasmine is an amazing host and even left us with a welcome gift basket. We even had a close up sighting of the peacock, and two cats and baby raccoons. I would definitely want to stay here again.
